Suggested time: About three minutes.

Think of a recent, manageable moment. Choose up to two words that seem close: perhaps curious, uneasy, disappointed, relieved, frustrated, or hopeful. This short list is only a starting point.

Put each word beside a shape or mark. Use any colors, or none. Add a sentence explaining the connection: “This broken line reminds me of waiting for an answer.”

Look at both words together. Do they still fit? You can change one, keep both, or write “unclear.”

Finish with one practical question: “Do I need more information, a pause, or someone to talk to?” You do not need to choose a positive word or feel different by the end.
